Oxford Diffraction produces a range of single and dual wavelength X-ray sources for copper and molybdenum radiation.

The patented Enhance provides up to 3 times the intensity of a traditional sealed tube used in small molecule work, whilst the high brilliance Enhance Ultra (Cu) is a proven alternative to a 5 kW rotating anode with multi-layer optics.
