image: Small Molecule Systems

Oxford Diffraction produces a large range of systems used in small molecule crystallography.

Our small molecule systems incorporate CCD and point detectors with either single or double X-ray sources; where molybdenum and copper sources are co-mounted.

We also produce high flux X-ray sources which are based around sealed X-ray tubes. Systems built around these are denoted by the word ‘Ultra’.

Typical system configurations are:

> Xcalibur S
  (ideal for high resolution small molecule applications)
> Gemini R
  (ideal for maximum experimental flexibility)
> Gemini PX Ultra
  (ideal for small molecule and protein applications)
> Xcalibur A
  (ideal for high speed, high resolution small molecule data)
> Gemini A
  (ideal for high speed, Mo and Cu data collections)
> Gemini A Ultra
  (ideal for fast small molecule data collections and protein applications)
