Returns Procedure

If you are sending goods to Oxford Diffraction for any reason, including chargeable repair or warranty repair please first telephone on +44 1865 291600 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              +44 1865 291600      end_of_the_skype_highlighting and request a returns material authorisation (RMA) number.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of any package and a completed RMA form and declaration of contamination should accompany any returned items.
